PixelApes Support Open for Business
PixelApes are delighted to announce that our new support ticketing system is open for business. Any support requests should now be sent to support@pixelapes.com or added through the web interface available at http://support.pixelapes.com
The new support portal also includes forums to which we will gradually add various tutorials on using our systems, clarification of frequently asked questions, email setup and so on.
How does the system work?
Our new system is wonderfully simple to use.
- You create a ticket by either emailing support@pixelapes.com or visiting support.pixelapes.com and clicking the “Submit a Request” button in the navigation.
- As soon as possible, one of our support operatives will review your ticket and respond.
- Once the support request is solved, the support operative will mark the ticket closed. Don’t worry, if the problem reoccurs you always have the choice to re-open a ticket.
